* 2+ years’ experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A) or a similar analytical role.
* A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and present insights.
* Strong communication skills and the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Role and Reporting Lines
This role sits within the FP&A team and supports senior finance leadership in strategic financial planning. Key responsibilities include:
* Financial Reporting & Insights – Preparing dashboards and reports for senior management, tracking key financial metrics.
* Budgeting & Forecasting – Assisting in the development of financial models to enhance accuracy and efficiency in forecasting.
* Trend Analysis – Evaluating financial trends across revenue, expenses, and key performance indicators to drive informed decision-making.
* Business Partnering – Supporting commercial teams with financial analysis and modelling to assess investment opportunities and business performance.
* Process Improvement – Identifying opportunities to streamline financial reporting and analytical processes.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration – Working closely with teams across finance, strategy, and operations to support key initiatives.
* Ad-Hoc Analysis & Projects – Engaging in broader financial projects to enhance business insights and financial planning capabilities.
