Suir Engineering have exciting opportunities for Student Quantity Surveyors to join the team. We have a number of ongoing projects around Ireland so we would like to hear from you and assess project location and suitability then.

What you will be doing?
* Assisting the Senior Project Quantity Surveyor with relevant project cost management activities.
* Assist senior team members in the preparation of bills of quantities, ensuring compliance with required method of measurement.
* Be proactive in communicating and working with the construction team.
* Attend site meetings & design team meetings in a learning capacity.
* Develop your knowledge of Contract Documentation and assist in document control Post-Contract Actions.
* Gain knowledge of estimating and life cycle costing.
* Follow instructions and/or use own initiative to achieve designated tasks in a timely manner.
* Any other reasonable and relevant duties as requested by your Manager, necessary to meet the ongoing needs of the company.
Is this the job for me?
Candidates must currently be studying a level 8 degree in Quantity Surveying and as part of their course they are required to complete work placement.
