Product Support Manager
Oxygen Care is seeking an experienced Product Support Manager to lead their Operations and Product Support department. In this position, you will drive commercial and operational growth, oversee workshop and field operations, manage product support resources, and provide operational assistance across various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Direct and manage the workshop team to ensure efficient service delivery.
* Supervise and support field engineers to optimize product support operations.
* Cultivate key customer relationships and identify opportunities for business expansion.
* Develop resource planning strategies to optimize resource allocation.
* Coordinate specialized projects related to product support.
* Foster a culture of accountability and performance excellence within the team.
* Oversee the commissioning process for new products.
* Collaborate with internal departments to provide technical expertise and support.
* Manage spare parts inventory and requisitioning.
Job Requirements:
This role requires a strong background in product support management, with experience in supervising teams and managing complex projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and possess a high level of problem-solving ability.
Salary:
$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
