Key Responsibilities
* Handle incoming and outgoing queries from tenants via phone and email
* Provide administrative support to the lettings manager
* Assist in the preparation of letting agreements
* Log incoming and outgoing rent payments and issue receipts
* Chase any letting payments
* Submit RTB applications in a timely manner
* Schedule maintenance repairs and track any issues
* Manage databases
* Perform adhoc admin and sales admin tasks

Requirements
* A bachelor's degree with at least 2 years' experience in a related position or solid administrative background
* Strong experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
* Excellent written and spoken communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Full working authorization in Ireland
