Job Title: Store Leader
* Requirements:
* 2+ years of retail work experience or recommendation from a Store Leader
* Retail leadership or supervisory experience; Peer Trainer, in-store champion, or similar role; Product knowledge relevant to department; Satisfactory performance and discipline record
* High school diploma or equivalent
* FDA Food Safety Certification
* Able to lift up to 50 pounds; At least 18 years of age
Job Responsibilities:
* Principal duties include interviewing, selecting, and training Team Members
* Directing the work of Team Members; Appraising productivity and efficiency for promotions or status changes
* Handling Team Member issues, including complaints; Disciplining Team Members
* Planning work; Distributing or assigning work among Team Members
* Providing safety and security for Team Members or the store
* Managing department or location budgets and inventory
* Maintaining compliance measures
