Overall purpose of the Post: The purpose of the role is to assist the Manager in the day-to-day running of the Shop whilst motivating and encouraging staff and volunteers to help achieve sales targets in order to maximise our contribution to Enable Ireland's services. In this varied and exciting role, you will be instrumental in making sure the Shop is at the hub of the local community.
