About Your New Job
* Full employee life-cycle from recruitment onwards providing a high level of HR business support to all stakeholders.
* Coaching leaders in employee relations and people management.
* Manage performance management, employee engagement and retention processes.
* Create a culture of high performance and excellence in service.
* Workforce planning and talent development.
* HR Reporting.
* Prepare payroll and administer benefits.
* Handle onboarding and offboarding processes.
* Maintain physical and digital personnel records and update databases with new hire information.
* Support the implementation of new HR initiatives across the business.
What Skills You Need
* 3-5 years HR Generalist / HR Officer experience
* HR Qualification
* Strong organisational skills
* Excellent communication skills and an ability to influence
