We are recruiting an experienced Sales & Contract Administrator to join our Medical Device company based in Dublin.
The ideal candidate will provide support to the field sales team and work closely with the sales manager.
This role is crucial in facilitating the team's activities, maximizing their performance, and contributing to the company's long-term development.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate sales team schedules, manage documents, and communicate relevant information.
* Handle customer inquiries while providing high-quality service.
* Write accurate sales correspondence.
* Communicate professionally and friendly with customers.
* Support the field sales team.
* Perform administrative tasks like data input and paperwork.
* Engage with customers using clear language.
* Resolve sales-related issues.
* Complete administrative needs for the Sales Department.
* Respond to sales queries via phone and email.
* Analyse statistical data and provide quotes.
* Ensure sales equipment or material adequacy.
* Store and present financial and non-financial data reports.
* Assist in promotional material preparation and events.
* Support Contracts and Tenders Manager as required.
* Act as a Personal Assistant to the sales manager.
Requirements:
* Well-organised, responsible, and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Experience in sales coordination or administrative positions.
* Team player with high dedication.
* Good computer skills (MS Office; Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
* Contracts and tender experience advantageous.
* BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field beneficial.
