Our client is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to join their team in Dublin City Centre South on a permanent basis. This role focuses on client acquisition, credit analysis, and portfolio management within corporate banking.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new clients while referring prospects to relevant teams.
Achieve revenue targets, account growth, and fee income objectives.
Manage end-to-end transaction execution, including credit analysis and approval.
Conduct commercial and credit assessments, financial analysis, and stress testing.
Prepare and present comprehensive credit applications for internal approvals.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and market participants.
Monitor loan portfolios, financial reports, and market trends for risk assessment.
Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in corporate banking with an international bank.
Strong knowledge of corporate banking processes and sales experience.
Established connections within the local banking network (preferred).
Soft Skills:
Strong relationship management, negotiation, and risk management skills.
Proficiency in financial analysis and credit assessment.
Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
