Over the course of 2 years, you will embark on a fantastic journey within our Supply Chain office in Dublin and get to experience the roles of Order Management Specialist, Customer Logistics Management and Key User. You will have the support of our team of experts who will challenge you to reach your highest potential to become a reference in all our fields of expertise.

As an Order Management Specialist trainee, you will:
* Collaborate with all stakeholders within the supply chain
* Provide administrative support for customer-facing roles and KPI achievement
* Order processing activities and shipment initiation
* Resolve issues, manage workflows and support process improvement
* Embrace processes and changes through supported self-learning
As a Customer Logistics Management trainee, you will:
* Be the first point of contact responsible for all demand fulfilment opportunities for your customer portfolio
* Build a relationship with the customer and understand their markets
* Work on improvement measures for your customer
* Support with escalation management where supply is insufficient
* Represent the customer to internal stakeholders in our international locations
As a Key User trainee, you will:
* Be a system expert within logistics concepts at Infineon
* Work closely with the process owners on improvement measures
* Communicate improvements to the team in Dublin and across the European region as necessary
* Bring knowledge and insights from previous roles that can be useful in the process improvement cycle
You will also have the opportunity to work in a fourth role based on your preferences and business needs. These potential roles include Global Logistics Coordinator, Communication, Strategy & Project Management Assistant or Engineering Order Management to name a few.You are curious and interested in a broad range of topics. You are always ready for a challenge and constantly looking for opportunities to learn more and go further. Standing still and in your comfort zone is not your thing, so you will fit perfectly in an international, fast-moving and future-oriented environment.
Plus, you fulfill the following requirements:
* Have a Second Class Honours Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Global Business, International Management, Commerce, Supply Chain Management, Applied Languages/Linguistics or similar fields;
* Have good communication skills and a team player attitude;
* Are highly motivated and willing to learn;
* Have a technical and business-oriented mindset;
* Fluency in English – knowledge of another European language is a plus.
