About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Co. Offaly, Ireland. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for ensuring that our plant meets maintenance-oriented targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead a team of Maintenance Technicians and provide direction as needed.
* Cross communicate with other plant teams to achieve plant objectives.
* Ensure maintenance plans and targets are met, and maintain a system for tracking maintenance tasks.
* Participate in new system testing and training.
* Procure parts and services to ensure long-term availability and efficiency.
* Carry out fault finding and diagnosis.
Requirements
* Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
* 3-5 years of experience in a Mechanical Engineering position.
* Knowledge of maintenance management systems.
* Experience in planning preventative maintenance and reporting.
* Experience leading a team of technicians and providing direction in day-to-day duties.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of €60,000 - 80,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a permanent position based on a day shift, Monday to Friday basis.
