My client is seeking an experienced Business Operations Consultant that has a background working within the health, government, justice, social care, or transport sectors.

The Role:
* Develop work plans for engagements, manage one or multiple work streams, and produce quality deliverables against tight deadlines.
* Mentor and manage junior teams to deliver against client objectives.
* Contribute to client issues using your personal insight and experience to solve complex client issues.
* Perform analysis to determine client needs/recommendations utilizing a combination of experience, industry knowledge, tools, and technology.
* Work with a range of stakeholders and be seen as a subject matter expert within client organizations and by colleagues.
* Demonstrate strong data analysis skills and apply best practice information to support opportunities for improvement.
* Contribute to the growth of the practice by internal networking and supporting new business proposals and presentations.

Experience:
* Minimum experience of 3 years in a consulting or in-house environment.
* Experience delivering strategies and solutions for transformational change (digital or organizational transformations including technology implementation, operational excellence, organizational design, operation model change).
* Strategy development and service design within health/social care environments.
* Ideally certified in a recognized change management methodology e.g., ADKAR Prosci, CCMP.
* Certified in Project Management e.g., Prince 2 or PMP.
