We are seeking an experienced PMO Coordinator to join our dynamic team and support the establishment and enhancement of our Project Management Office (PMO). The ideal candidate will have a strong PMO background, a talent for developing robust PMO processes and documentation, and expertise in Smartsheet to streamline operations and automate procedures. This role requires a proactive individual capable of ensuring high-quality delivery across multiple projects.
Required Skills:
* Proven experience in a PMO role with a strong focus on process definition and implementation
* Expertise in creating and managing PMO documentation, templates, and reports
* Advanced skills in Smartsheet, with the ability to set up and optimise workflows, dashboards, and automation features
* Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
* Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset, capable of identifying and resolving issues efficiently
* Experience with change management and continuous improvement initiatives is highly desirable
Key responsibilities & duties include:
* Develop and implement PMO processes, documentation, templates, and standards to support consistent project delivery
* Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with established PMO methodologies and best practices
* Leverage Smartsheet expertise to configure, optimise, and automate workflows, reporting, and dashboards
* Provide training and support to project teams on PMO tools and templates, ensuring seamless adoption
* Monitor and report on project performance, highlighting risks and opportunities for improvement
* Support resource management processes, including allocation and tracking of resources across projects
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring the PMO remains efficient and value-driven
* Assist in onboarding and supporting project managers, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and PMO practices
* Act as a liaison between stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project objectives
