Construction Office Administrator

About the Role
You will be part of a team to support the operations and contribute to the overall efficiency of the company. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to senior management and working on various administration activities.
* Minimum of 5 years' office administration experience. Experience/Knowledge in the Construction sector would be an advantage.
* Excellent telephone manner
* Experience with ISO 9001:2015 would be an advantage
* Team Player but can work on own initiative
* Ability to multi-task and demonstrate attention to detail
* Excellent organisation & Communication skills
* Proficient in MS Office, Sharepoint.
Responsibilities
* Support to Senior Management with day to day administration
* Working with Management on projects and events
* Accurate maintenance of records and files
* Compiling handover files for projects to include BCAR, Test & Commissioning Certs, Data Sheets for Materials, etc.
* Recording of all the administration paperwork
* Ordering of Materials and chasing deliveries
* Managing various administration activities and ensuring they are processed in a timely manner
* Answering incoming telephone calls and responding to external emails
