Job Title: eProcurement Manager

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced eProcurement Manager to oversee our purchasing operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our procurement software and providing support to other staff members across our hotel group.
Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end procurement software, ensuring seamless functionality and optimal performance.
* Act as the super-user for the procurement system, providing technical guidance and troubleshooting assistance.
* Administer all configurations, ensuring compliance with established protocols.
* Prepare and present purchasing documents, including contracts and tenders.
* Project manage the procurement process, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
* Assist with tender evaluation and supplier selection.
* Develop and maintain supplier management arrangements, fostering strong relationships with external partners.
* Prepare and present regular reports, highlighting key metrics and trends.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a hospitality or related industry.
* Proven expertise in using e-procurement software, such as Procure Wizard.
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position based in Shannon, County Clare. We offer a competitive salary package, commensurate with experience, ranging from €45,000 to €50,000 per annum.
