About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Patrol Assist Team Member to join our team in Dublin or Cork. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional roadside diagnostics and repairs, ensuring a safe and seamless experience for our members.
Main Responsibilities:
* Deliver best-in-class roadside diagnostics and repairs
* Strategically assess and coordinate with the Rescue Centre to provide exceptional service
* Uphold our company's impeccable standards with a focus on safety, professionalism, and customer satisfaction
* Maintain high standards for equipment and tools, ensuring reliability and efficiency
Requirements:
* Qualified and Experienced: QQI Level 6 Advanced Certificate in Motor Mechanics and completed apprenticeship
* In-depth knowledge of mechanical and electrical vehicle systems
* Driver's Licence: B licence essential; BE & BC are a plus
* Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to excellence
