The RoleMy client, a leading Irish wholesaler is seeking and experienced Administrator to join their team based in Kilkenny.
This is a full-time, permanent, office-based position.As the Administrator, you'll be the key point of contact for warranty claims and service-related enquiries.
You'll liaise directly with customers, engineers, sales representatives, and the accounts team to ensure everything from repairs to parts requests is handled efficiently.
Tasks & DutiesManage warranty claims from initial contact through to resolution.Communicate with customers via phone and email regarding service issues, parts, and repairs.Coordinate with engineers to arrange machine servicing and repairs.Process returns and handle incoming stock in the workshop/warehouse area.Collaborate closely with sales and accounts departments to ensure smooth service operations.Maintain accurate administrative records and stay on top of all open tasks.Provide general customer service and support within the service department.Any ad-hoc duties as they arise.
Experience, Knowledge & QualificationsPrevious experience in a busy service, administrative, or customer-facing role.Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with fluency in English.Excellent administrative abilities with strong proficiency in IT systems and tools.Familiarity with machinery or technical products is highly desirable.Candidate must currently reside within a commutable distance with full working rights.
