Location: Ennis Full Time - 35 hours per week (overtime available) Mid-week and weekend work Duration: Temporary month to month rolling contract. Pay scale: €16.35- €25.43 (depending on previous relevant public sector experience) Starting in January Key Responsibilities: Perform general clerical duties including answering phones, responding to emails, and filing. Manage and maintain electronic and physical records with accuracy and confidentiality. Provide administrative support to various departments as needed. Prepare and process documents, reports, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite. Enter and update data into internal databases and systems accurately. Assist in the preparation of presentations, spreadsheets, and reports. Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events. Handle inquiries and provide information in a professional and courteous manner. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Perform other related duties as assigned by the line manager. Required Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Knowledge of office systems and procedures. IT proficient with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous clerical or administrative experience required.
