Our client is a well-established insurance brokerage in Dublin, Ireland, which is looking for a personal lines insurance broker to join their growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Liaise with insurers regarding new business submissions and policy renewals.
* Facilitate and process new business, mid-term alterations, and renewals.
* Handle all aspects of insurance policy administration.
* Maintain accurate customer records in compliance with data protection laws and regulatory requirements.
* Provide high-quality customer service, responding to queries from both insurers and clients in a timely and professional manner.
* Offer insurance advice to existing and potential clients.
* Assist with claims handling and provide support to customers throughout the process.
* Support additional tasks and projects as required.
Skills & Experience Required:
* Knowledge of the insurance industry, particularly personal lines.
* Strong organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
* Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
* Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Ideal Candidate:
* Holds an APA in Personal Lines and is progressing towards CIP or already CIP qualified (or grandfathered).
* Has a minimum of 2 years of experience in general personal lines insurance.
* Experience with the Relay system is an advantage.
* Demonstrates reliability, honesty, and a strong work ethic.
