Link Personnel are hiring a Recruitment Co-Ordinator on behalf of our client, a large Construction Firm based in North County Dublin.
As a Recruitment Co-Ordinator, you will play a key role in managing our Student Placement and Graduate Programmes, working closely with the HR team to attract and retain top talent. You’ll help build a strong talent pipeline, enhance the employer brand, and ensure a seamless recruitment and onboarding experience.
Responsibilities:
1. Represent the firm at career fairs, engaging with students and graduates to showcase career opportunities.
2. Manage the end-to-end process for our College Student Placement and Graduate Programmes, from advertising roles to onboarding and offboarding.
3. Ensure all onboarding and offboarding activities, including documentation and end-of-placement presentations, are completed efficiently.
4. Track and review student performance before their placement ends.
5. Maintain accurate records by updating the HR system with new starter details and required documentation (e.g., training certificates).
6. Support recruitment activities by sourcing and screening candidates, reviewing CVs, and coordinating interviews.
7. Provide clear and timely communication to candidates about the progress and outcome of their applications.
8. Assist with work permit and visa applications when required.
9. Foster strong relationships with external recruitment agencies to support hiring needs.
10. Ensure recruitment systems are kept up to date for reporting purposes.
11. Collaborate with the HR team and site teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
12. Manage recruitment advertising across social media, job boards, and other relevant platforms.
13. Monitor and respond to queries in the recruitment mailbox.
14. Stay up to date with recruitment trends and best practices, contributing to initiatives that improve efficiency and hiring quality.
15. Conduct exit interviews and prepare quarterly and annual reports.
