PMO Manager Job Summary
As a strategic, experienced, and hands-on PMO Manager, you will lead the development and maturing of our Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure successful project delivery across a diverse portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the transformation and maturing of the PMO function, driving consistency and excellence in project delivery.
* Develop, implement, and maintain project management methodologies, tools, and processes that align with organizational goals.
* Oversee the management of a diverse project portfolio, ensuring effective governance, resource allocation, and risk management.
* Work closely with senior leadership and business stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and outcomes.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
* PMP, PgMP, or similar Project Management certification is highly desirable.
* Experience in managing transformation projects across IT, Finance, HR, and/or Heritage.
