* Proven experience in joinery fitting, ideally in a subcontractor role

* A willingness to travel across Ireland, and potentially further in the future
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent time management and organizational skills
* A proactive approach to health & safety on-site
* A passion for craftsmanship and a keen eye for detail
