This role encompasses service assurance for all services within a specific business area, assisting technical leads in maintaining service standards.

* Incident and Problem Management
* LIVE Incident Swift Response Team
* Coordination of Incidents
* Problem Management: Coordinating/Driving of Engineering Activity to Engineer a Way Out of Future Occurrences
* On-Call Production Systems Monitoring
* Splunk Monitoring
* Grafana Monitoring
* Dashboards Build/Improvements
* Mailbox Change Control as it Relates to Service
* Full Awareness of All Production Change Plans
* Change Approval Board Attendance
* System Ownership (BAU Ownership Activity)
* Legacy System Treatment Strategy
