Overview of the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-known facilities management business based in Belfast. The successful candidate will work alongside the HR Team to provide administrative support, with a focus on starting a career in HR.
Responsibilities
* Monitoring and responding to the HR shared inbox
* Working alongside line managers to book and coordinate staff training
* Preparing training documentation and certificates
* Completing onboarding documentation and assisting with new starters and leavers
* Keeping up-to-date records of staff training to ensure teams meet compliance
Requirements
* Passionate about starting a career in HR
* Background in customer service or administration
* Excellent IT skills
* Highly organised, thriving in fast-paced environments, and possessing strong attention to detail
Benefits
The Administrator should be available Monday-Thursday 8:30am- 5:00pm. The role offers an hourly rate of £11.44 and an immediate start, making it an excellent opportunity for someone wanting to make a move into HR.
