The Client:
We are searching for an experience Project Manager for one of Ireland's leading Fit Out Contractors. They won awards in 2024 and for a number of years prior to this also.
They are involved in projects for Apartments, Hotels, Offices and Data Halls across Dublin and Kildare.
As this is an established, close-knit team, we're also looking for someone who enjoys being part of a team, takes pride in what they do and seeing others do well. This position has supervisory responsibilities, so we are also looking for someone has the ability to develop people and processes and who possesses excellent communication skills.
Main responsibilities will include:
* Manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
* Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues as they arise.
* Lead and manage all aspects of project delivery, from inception to completion.
* Oversee project planning, coordination, and control, ensuring on-time and within budget delivery whilst upholding Company EHS standards.
Requirements:
* Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, similar or time served experience
* Minimum of 8 years of experience
* Strong knowledge of construction techniques, regulations, and health & safety requirements.
* Proven track record in delivering complex residential projects on time and within budget.
* Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple teams across various disciplines.
* Ideally previous experience Project Fit Out Construction Projects in Ireland or UK but we'll consider the Middle East, US, Canada or Australasia too.
* It would be great to have Project Management qualifications (PMP, Degree, Etc.)
