Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the management, maintenance and modification of engineering drawings for a leading pharmaceutical company based in South Dublin. This role involves working with internal project management teams and external vendors to ensure drawing updates meet industry standards.
About the Role:
* Lead and manage drawing updates as part of a significant expansion project
* Maintain organized systems for storing drawings and related documentation
* Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards and regulatory requirements
* Collaborate with engineering, facilities, and production teams to document equipment and processes
* Act as point of contact for drawing-related queries and communicate updates to stakeholders
* Oversee resource allocation and workload distribution to meet project deadlines
* Maintain version control and documentation in line with company standards
* Identify and implement process improvements to streamline drawing office operations
Requirements:
* 5+ years experience in a drawing office or technical documentation role, preferably in pharmaceutical or regulated industry
* Proven construction management experience from project inception through to handover
* Demonstrated experience in a GDP Compliant environment advantageous
* Proven track record of managing a team in a fast-paced environment
* Expertise in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit)
* In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements (cGMP, FDA, EU)
* Strong knowledge of facility layouts, P&IDs, and process flow diagrams in pharmaceutical operations
* Solid leadership skillset and experience working in a team environment
