We are currently seeking a suitably qualified individual to join our Estates Services team. The successful candidate will be a great team player and have strong attention to detail. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the housing teams delivering Cost Rental homes. Excellent administration, documentation and record keeping skills are essential. The successful candidate will be working nationally to support the team in areas such as property marketing, allocations, tenant relations, rent collection and supporting with the delivery of estate services to Cost Rental tenants.

Role: Cost Rental Administrator
Location: Based in Waterford, Dublin, Cork or Galway to be agreed with successful candidate
Reporting to: Cost Rental Tenant Relations Officer/Head of Estate Services
Terms: Full time 39 hours per week (Successful candidate must be prepared to work flexible hours that may involve evening and weekend work)
Contract: Fixed Term - 3 month contract
Salary: €30,000 - €35,000 gross per annum
Job Purpose: To support the delivery and management of Cost Rental homes within Respond. This position will be a key administration post with the purpose of supporting the overall work of the Cost Rental team. The role will have responsibility for managing the Cost Rental inbox, supporting with marketing and allocations of cost rental homes, and supporting the wider teams and 3rd party stakeholders in the delivery of Cost Rental services. A key part of this role will be creating performance information for operational teams, senior leadership, and Board.
Core duties and responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support for the Cost Rental team, including the CSC allocations team, the Cost Rental Tenant Relations officer and the Head of Estate Services.
* Act as a point of contact for all cost rental-related inquiries, ensuring effective communication with tenants and other stakeholders.
* Maintain accurate records of rental costs, tenant data, and other relevant documentation.
* Ensure that all rental calculations (rent and associated costs) are transparent and aligned with cost-rental models.
* Assist in the tenant application process, including reviewing applications for eligibility, conducting background checks, and managing waitlists.
* Support tenants with inquiries related to cost rental policies, payment processes, and property regulations.
* Provide high-quality customer service by addressing tenant concerns and resolving disputes in a timely and professional manner.
* Communicate rental updates, changes in rates, and tenant responsibilities in a timely manner.
* Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including rent collection, arrears, and operational expenses related to cost rental properties.
* Monitor rent payments and assist tenants in resolving any payment issues, ensuring timely payment collection.
* Collaborate with finance departments to ensure that all payments and rental collections are properly recorded and aligned with budgets.
* Ensure compliance with relevant housing laws, regulations, and policies regarding cost rental housing.
* Prepare regular reports on rental costs, occupancy rates, and other key performance indicators for management.
* Keep up-to-date with changes in housing policies, cost rental guidelines, and local government regulations.
* Prepare documentation for RTB cases.
* Work with the Quality & Performance Manager to develop insightful performance indicators to evidence not only the quantity.
General:
