Morgan McKinley has partnered with a global leader in consumable technologies to assist with appointing a Key Account Manager to spearhead their Irish, UK and European client base.
The company’s international business is operated from Shannon, Ireland with additional offices in the United States, China, and Hong Kong. Their products are available globally at leading retailers.

Key Responsibilities
* Build, maintain & develop relationships with field sales, partners & resellers with a view to increasing sales.
* Understand the products – a flair for technical learning will be a distinct advantage.
* Support sales with presentations, sample requests, and other internal tasks.
* Inform Distributors & Resellers of new product introductions, business opportunities, marketing programmes & activities.
* Help understand sell-through from accounts and ensure they are up to speed on all regional sales for their accounts.
* Drive inbound and outbound calls, emails, and web interface.
* Focus on new account development and/or expanding existing accounts.
* Display promotional awareness – capable of pushing products and promotions to the reseller channel.
* Work with relevant account stakeholders.
* Identify areas for potential process improvement.
* Assist with training if and when required.
Skills & Specifications
* Third-level qualification in Business, Administration, Languages, or Sales is an advantage.
* 3+ years of relevant experience.
* Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Technically competent, having worked in a technology sales environment prior to this.
* Well organized and detail-oriented.
* Self-starter with excellent communication skills both written and verbal, capable of working on own initiative & also as part of a team.
* Fluency in a second language is considered an advantage for this role.
