Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced professional to support the design, development, delivery, and management of global DEI learning programs, campaigns, and resources across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead a strategic portfolio of Circana's Business Resource Groups (BRGs) and key DEI volunteer groups, enhancing governance, development, and Center of Excellence (COE) capabilities to advance the DEI strategy.
* Develop and implement DEI measures and metrics, using data to inform strategy and priorities.
* Collaborate with HR partners to integrate DEI concepts into people-facing activities, including recruiting, development, learning, engagement, technology, analytics, and rewards.
* Engage with business, corporate, and HR teams to communicate DEI content for company materials, targeted communications, award submissions, and maintaining DEI content internally and externally.
* Provide project management support for all DEI programs and initiatives.
Requirements
* Experience in DEI, consulting, program/project management, learning and development, or human resources, particularly in talent management, organizational culture, or as a business partner conducting DEI activities.
* Strong analytical skills, ability to work with large data sets, and proficient expertise in developing actionable initiatives.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong business writing skills, and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees.
* Flexible and adaptive approach, comfortable with ambiguity and imperfection.
* Self-motivated team player, able to execute multiple projects simultaneously and independently, while maintaining high communication and escalation standards.
* Strong organizational and project management skills, facilitation, and collaboration skills.
* Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently, handling sensitive/confidential matters with sound judgment.
* Solution-oriented, leveraging networks to identify solutions and implement them.
* Expert-level knowledge in using MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams).
Salary Range
$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
