Position: Customer Onboarding and Success Manager
Location: Dublin, Republic of Ireland
Work model: Remote within Ireland, Hybrid in Dublin
Employment type: Temporary Contract, Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary + bonus
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Lead technical onboarding for new clients within the designated region
* Stay knowledgeable about technical integrations with software partners, ensuring comprehensive support to clients
* Assess client needs and goals to plan for seamless integration with their existing systems, technologies, and infrastructure
* Support new clients throughout the onboarding process, helping them achieve successful outcomes
* Foster long-term partnerships by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
* Stay up-to-date on the features, functionality, and practical applications of all product offerings to offer expert guidance
* Manage accounts directly, striving to exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
* Analyze data to identify key opportunities, and implement data-driven strategies to boost sales growth
* Collaborate with marketing to create and deliver high-quality onboarding and troubleshooting materials for new customers
* Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, product, and engineering) to ensure alignment and success
* Keep informed on industry trends, the competitive landscape, and emerging technologies, providing valuable insights to both clients and the sales team
REQUIREMENTS:
* Minimum 2 years experience in account management, partner support, pre-sales support, post-sales support, technical issue resolution, or client-facing technical discovery
* Native or fluent in Italian (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication
* Experience in industries such as online brokers, online marketplace software, IT services, or the SaaS sector is preferred
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Excellent project management abilities
* Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and use it to guide decision-making.
* Exceptional time management and prioritization skills
* Comfortable working in both strategic and tactical roles, especially in dynamic or ambiguous environments
* Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines, adapt to shifting priorities, and balance immediate needs with long-term goals
* Adaptable to shifting priorities and evolving business needs
