Seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Founder & CEO of a fast-growing global payments platform. This role is key to driving executive efficiency, coordinating leadership priorities, and managing high-level investor and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support & Productivity
* Manage a busy, fast-changing calendar and protect time for key priorities.
* Use tools like Apple Mail to track follow-ups and ensure important emails get responses.
* Organise meetings, travel, and prep materials in advance.
* Anticipate the CEO’s needs and provide relevant context when needed.
Task & Action Management
* Hold daily check-ins (or send updates) to review tasks and follow-ups.
* Maintain a clear action list for the CEO, including tasks, decisions, and deadlines.
* Follow up with senior leaders to ensure key items are progressing.
* Block time in the calendar to focus on important actions.
Meetings & Reporting
* Support monthly leadership meetings: prepare agendas, take notes, and track action points.
* Help coordinate quarterly board reports and investor updates.
* Manage the timeline for preparing investor video updates and ensure smooth delivery.
Communication & Stakeholder Liaison
* Act as a gatekeeper and point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
* Draft clear, professional emails and updates when needed.
* Ensure communication across leadership and partners is timely and accurate.
Ideal Candidate
* Proven experience as an EA, ideally supporting a CEO or senior leader.
* Highly organised, detail-focused, and comfortable managing shifting priorities.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Confident using tools like Apple Mail, Google Suite, and other productivity platforms.
* Experience working in a startup or fast-paced, high-growth environment is essential.
* Professional, discreet, and able to handle confidential information with care.
