Our client is based in Tallaght, Dublin 24 and is currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Administrator to join their friendly and busy team for a 12 month contract.
January start. Salary circa €35k pa.
DUTIES OF THE ROLE :
1. Working as part of internal sales team.
2. Processing of sales orders and invoicing.
3. Preparation of purchase orders to suppliers.
4. Maintain and update data on CRM.
5. Coordinate with Customers and Logistics to ensure a smooth transition.
6. Assisting with stock forecast reports.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE :
1. 2 / 3 years experience in a similar role.
2. Be a driven and proactive self-starter.
3. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
4. Excellent phone manner.
5. Strong PC skills particularly MS Excel, Word & Outlook.
