The EMEA Compensation and Benefits Manager is a key contributor to the success of ADI’s programs management in the region. This role will lead the EMEA region’s compensation and benefits programs and successfully deliver these programs to our 3,200 employees in 22 countries. Responsibilities include program development, planning, analyzing, designing, and communicating to employees while ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Benefit programs for EMEA countries include retirement (Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution Plans), health and risk plans, and leaves. This opportunity requires subject matter expertise and prior experience to work independently.
Our Regional Compensation and Benefits Manager, EMEA reports to our Head of Global Total Rewards and supervises our Lead Benefits Analyst, EMEA Region.
To thrive in this role, you must have strong subject matter expertise in compensation and benefits, be comfortable juggling multiple tasks, and be proficient in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You must be able to handle highly sensitive, confidential, and non-routine information in support of a rapidly growing organization. A high degree of integrity and a consistent drive to get things done accurately is essential.
Responsibilities
* Build, design, and implement compensation & benefits programs that meet cross-functional business needs in the EMEA Region.
* Work with ADI’s Total Reward team to drive value through global offerings, evaluate competitiveness of compensation and benefits programs, and make recommendations as necessary.
* Collaborate with HR Business Partners and HR Operations to achieve results and drive solutions.
* Support the annual Focal/year-end compensation planning process.
* Act as a trusted advisor to country management and HR Business Partners on compensation and benefits matters.
* Participate in and analyze compensation surveys to maintain understanding of market trends.
* Support oversight/governance of compensation and benefits plans in partnership with regional and local finance and HR.
* Manage compensation administration for new hires, changes in status, and terminations.
* Administer various benefit plans across the EMEA Region, including annual renewals of medical, dental, life, and disability plans.
* Develop and promote employee communications regarding benefits.
* Maintain current assessments of legislative and regulatory requirements.
* Support global programs with local application, such as ADI Global Recognition Program.
* Assist with merger/acquisition/divestiture analysis as needed.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Human Resources or related field (Master’s Degree preferred).
* Minimum 8 years of compensation and benefits experience in EMEA.
* Strong compensation experience.

* Strong project and time management skills.
* Mastery of Excel, PowerPoint, and HR information systems.

* Proficient in English; willing to travel (10% of the time).
