Operations Administrator Role for International Financial Services Company in Dublin
We are seeking an experienced Operations Administrator to join our team at an International Financial Services Company based in Dublin. This role will involve working closely with our European Operations Manager to service the company's European client base.
This is a great opportunity to work in a customer-oriented team that handles all aspects of life policy administration, including topping up existing policies, investment administration, and claims processing.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* You will provide exceptional customer care to clients from a European client base, responding to their queries in a timely and efficient manner.
* You will process existing business claims and policy alterations, taking into account market-specific requirements.
* You will be responsible for producing high-quality and accurate client documentation on time.
* You will contribute to team and departmental productivity targets, achieving agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Your Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* You have prior experience working in financial services, preferably in insurance, pensions, or investments.
* You hold a relevant third-level degree.
* You possess a positive attitude towards learning and are proactive in your approach.
* You are highly customer-focused and team-oriented.
* You have strong attention to detail, are self-driven, and organized.
* You possess excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
