This role is a temporary 6 month contract initially, with the view to go permanent.
Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator to provide essential administrative support to the Fundraising Manager. This part-time, temporary position offers flexibility with working hours, ideally 3 mornings a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative support for office functions
2. Maintain filing systems and secure confidential documents
3. Process and log donations, issue acknowledgement letters
4. Assist with fundraising activities and donor inquiries
5. Data entry, invoicing, and reconciliation tasks
6. Liaise with the Hospital management team as needed
Qualifications:
1. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
2. Experience in administrative roles, ideally in a charity/fundraising environment
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to handle confidential matters discreetly
