Microbiology - Learning and Development Leader - Galway Based
The client works over the medical device, food, pharma, and environment sectors, offering bespoke solutions through the work of their expert team. They are currently seeking assistance to expand their team and continue their growth in their quality microbiology department. The responsibilities of the role are as listed below:
Role
* Recruit, onboard, and train microbiology analysts
* Supervise daily work, scheduling, and resources
* Coach analysts to boost performance and confidence
* Monitor progress through weekly reports and KPIs
* Improve training programs and efficiency
* Motivate analysts to meet targets and maximize resources
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Science
* 3+ years of experience as a QC Microbiology / Microbiologist Role
* Proven experience in staff training and mentoring
* At least 3 years of GMP experience
* Strong organizational and leadership skills
