About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Head of Brand and Marketing to join our team at The Irish Cancer Society. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for promoting the work and services of our organization and maintaining our brand positioning.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the Irish Cancer Society's brand and services.
* Maintain the Irish Cancer Society's brand positioning and ensure consistent use of materials and tone of voice across all platforms.
* Manage external vendors in relation to design, website management, and media buying.
* Oversee policies and procedures to ensure effective running of the Society's digital channels, including the Irish Cancer Society website and social media channels.
* Lead the research, creation, and production of all major Irish Cancer Society marketing campaigns.
Requirements
* Educated to degree level in Computer Science, Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, or a related field with 5+ years experience.
* Proven experience of creative and technical skills through a portfolio of work.
* Strong experience of journalism, copywriting, or related writing experience.
* In-depth knowledge of GDPR and data privacy regulation.
