If you are a Sales Executive with a background in Agriculture, Plant Machinery, or Mechanical Engineering, we would like to hear from you. Due to significant growth, we are recruiting for a Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for promoting our on and off-road Trailers and Crane product range and associated services to new and existing clients.
This role is a permanent, full-time position that will involve a significant amount of travel.
Core Responsibilities:
1. Generate and manage new and existing customer base focusing primarily on target markets such as agriculture, plant machinery, and mechanical, providing expert product knowledge to customers leading to eventual sales.
2. Participate in creating and delivering sales strategy for the company.
3. Build and develop relationships with commercial partners, increasing market share in existing markets and maximising new business development opportunities.
4. Identify and report on business opportunities in target markets to senior management team.
5. Play a key role in contributing to overall company policy development.
6. Manage and maintain company sales materials inclusive of brochures and company website to develop and enhance customer product information and branding.
7. Effectively and efficiently handle any customer complaints and warranty issues that arise to resolution.
8. Monitor and measure customer satisfaction.
9. Responsible for reporting daily and at weekly senior management team meetings on events, new business prospects, proposals, and secured orders.
10. Manage and maintain customer contact portfolio and report to Company Director.
11. Committed to continuous professional development and up to date on business development.
Key Skills, Experience and Qualifications Required:
1. Demonstrable Sales experience ideally from an agricultural, mechanical engineering, or plant machinery background.
Core Competencies Required:
1. Demonstrable business relationship building, communication, and interpersonal skills.
2. Demonstrate high-level ability of prospecting, negotiating, and achieving excellent customer service satisfaction.
3. Self-motivator with a can-do, hands-on approach.
