What Youll Bring: Experience: At least 3 years in field sales, with at least 1 year leading a team. Telecoms or tech experience is a bonus but not essential we value leadership above all. Leadership Skills: A proven track record of motivating and driving a sales team to success. A hands-on approach, showing your team what good looks like in the field. People Skills: Clear, confident communication that inspires trust and action. A knack for building rapport with customers and empowering your team. Problem-Solving: Quick thinking, cool under pressure, and solutions-focused when challenges arise. Organisational Skills: Juggling priorities, meeting deadlines, and keeping the team on track comes naturally.
