Job Responsibilities
* Various fleet administration as required from CVRT, Insurance, Rentals, Tracking system, tax, new vehicles fitout, dashcams, Update Fleet Database
* LinkedIn posts for Contracts Managers – weekly
* Point of contact for facility, coffee, water, cleaning company, etc.
* Support weekly lunch orders and ad hoc visitor lunches as required
* Stationery supply order / franker supplier
* Organise recycling as required
* Administration support to Directors, Contracts Managers, and team as required
* Update EPA Database annually
* Coordinate training as required
* Complete all documents for the company for all projects, new and existing companies
* Fire Warden requirements (training will be provided)
* Upload new recruitment requirements on recruitment platforms and organise interviews
* Coordinate any marketing material as required
* Procurement of suppliers as required
* Organise company social nights out
