Building a sustainable tomorrow We are currently recruiting an experienced Planner to join our civils division in Co. Cork.
Your mission Planning using MS Project & Primavera Software or Powerproject.
Develop tender programmes including resource loading.
Coordinate schedules with site management, design teams & contractors.
Understand & maintain the contract programme.
Track & monitor progress.
Develop & monitor KPI's.
Project Progress Reporting.
Subcontractor Progress Monitoring.
Assist with integration of programmes into BIM models (4d planning).
To provide strategic advice for safeguarding, and growth and development.
To engage with planning bodies as may be required, including through written submissions.
To work as part of a team, including through the flexible allocation of work as it arises.
Who are we looking for?
Experience & Knowledge Relevant Degree or Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years previous experience spent in a planning role.
Excellent computer skills would include - MS Word, P6, Powerproject, Excel, MS Project.
Knowledge of 3d and 4d modelling an advantage, but not essential.
Personal Profile Good communication Skills and ability to work as part of a fully integrated team is essential.
Ability to take a multi-disciplined approach to building projects.
Be technically orientated and fully conversant in drawings, specs, BoQs etc.
Be able to work to deadlines.
Eligibility to work in Ireland and fluent English.
