Project Administrator Role
MiCiM is seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Project Administrator to support our busy Head Office team. The successful candidate will work closely with the PMO and Project teams to deliver complex construction projects across the UK & Europe.
About the Role:
* Meeting Coordination: Organise internal and external project meetings, prepare agendas, distribute materials, and document meeting minutes.
* Proposal Preparation: Prepare project proposals and presentations that showcase our expertise.
* Documentation Management: Update and maintain project CVs using InDesign, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
* Business Support: Assist the business team in marketing activities and administration tasks.
* Documentation Oversight: Oversee documentation management across the organisation, ensuring compliance and best practices.
* Audit Support: Collaborate with the audit team to ensure project and business auditing is conducted efficiently.
* Team Guidance: Guide team members on company procedures, processes, and governance maintenance.
* System Management: Work with the PMO department to manage internal systems organisation-wide, identifying areas for improvement.
About You:
* Passion for Built Environment: A genuine interest and desire to work in the built environment.
* Meticulous Approach: A methodical approach and an impeccable eye for detail are essential for this role.
* Exceptional Communication: Exceptional communication skills are required to interact with all levels of seniority.
* Critical Thinking: Excellent writing, analytical, and organisational skills are necessary for success.
* Technical Skills: Strong IT skills, particularly with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and InDesign, would be advantageous.
