Sheils Motor Group have franchises in Limerick, Clare and Galway and have recently been appointed as Hyundai dealers for Co Clare. We are now recruiting an experienced motor vehicle diagnostic technician to join our expanding team on the Gort Road, Ennis, Co Clare.
Role Requirements:
* Fully Qualified Vehicle Motor Technician (Registered with SOLAS/FAS or relevant qualification).
* Experience in vehicle diagnostic process; experience with Hyundai products would be an advantage.
* Experience with dealing with the warranty claims process, including correct write-ups, dealing with Hotlines, and working diligently to diagnose and repair the vehicle in line with the manufacturer's timelines and procedures.
* Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
* Full, clean driving licence.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
