Key Responsibilities:
* Manage warehouse projects to advance the Warehouse and Class A principles governing the Supply Chain Department.
* Lead cross-functional teams and influence other functions and departments to ensure appropriate prioritization and project management to meet warehouse capital project goals.
* Manage warehouse department systems and provide SME support, project management, emergency response, trouble shooting, and operational support for Patient Supply.
* Departmental lead of critical warehouse projects, programs, and systems for Warehouse operations, including:
1. Project support, prioritization, and implementation process for medium to long-term projects.
2. Internal service level agreement with customers.
3. Point of contact and business reviews for external providers to the Warehouse, such as external warehouse operations.
4. Supply Chain critical business escalation processes.
* Provide support in coordinating all warehouse process-related operations activities within an assigned area consisting of multiple work environments.
* Support the governance of the warehouse compliance program to ensure the warehouse is always in an audit readiness state.
* SUPPORT THE DEVELOPMENT OF WAREHOUSE STRATEGIES, GOALS, AND OBJECTIVES THAT ENSURE THE DEPARTMENT USES INNOVATIVE MASTER PLANNING STRATEGIES AND TECHNOLOGIES.
* CAPACITY MANAGEMENT OF BOTH WORKING CAPACITY AND LABOUR CAPACITY MODELS FOR CURRENT AND FUTURE BUSINESS GROWTH.
* DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN GOVERNANCE FOR NON-STANDARD WORK REQUEST RELATING TO CAPITAL PROJECTS.
* SUPPORT BUSINESS REVIEWS WITH BOTH INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL CUSTOMERS AND VENDORS, SUCH AS EXTERNAL WAREHOUSE & TRANSPORTATION HUB.
* DEVATION, CAPA & CHANGE CONTROL SUPPORT FOR ANY MINOR DEVIATIONS, CAPAS OR CHANGE CONTROL AS DELEGATED BY THE SR MANAGER WAREHOUSE AND DISPENSARY.
* ACT AS SUPPORT FOR OTHER SR ASSOCIATE WAREHOUSE AND SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGERS WHEN THEY ARE UNAVAILABLE.
* LEAD OR PARTICIPATE IN CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT INITIATIVES USING BEST-IN-CLASS PROBLEM-SOLVING TECHNIQUES (OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE, 6S, LEAN).
Experience and Education:
* Bachelor's degree in supply chain or equivalent.
* 5 years pharma industry and/or warehouse experience.
* Project management experience and qualifications.
* End-to-end Supply Chain Planning Experience and Knowledge.
* Ability to analyze complex data and communicate findings, knowledge share, and make recommendations.
