Job Description:
The Business Development Executive is a new role for an expanding multi-national organisation based in Galway City. The successful candidate will be responsible for seeking new sales opportunities across Europe.
Clients are typically equipment manufacturers, service providers, distributors, and manufacturer reps who sell products and services into the industrial market.
Key responsibilities include:
* Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth
* Building and managing relationships with clients and understanding their business challenges
* Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives
* Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with 1-3 years of consultative sales and account management experience. They should have a strong understanding of SaaS and CRM systems, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for a fast-paced, high growth environment.
