Accountabilities
1. 12+ years of hands-on software development experience
2. Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience using MuleSoft Anypoint API Platform for developing REST services
3. Minimum 2+ years of experience in other integration platforms like Snaplogic
4. Design API specs using RAML, OpenAPI, and other modeling languages
5. Design, develop, test, implement, and document Mule APIs and Mule Anypoint platform
6. Understand integration patterns
7. Build and deploy enduring products in AWS/cloud environments, ensuring scalability, security, and optimization
8. Analyze business requirements and create technical design documents in accordance with company architecture standards
9. Build common service frameworks for logging, error handling, authentication/authorization
10. Implement CICD using Maven, Jenkins, GitHub, and Mulesoft
11. Strong understanding of integration concepts, including APIs, data transformation, and data mapping
12. Exposure to Mule architecture, working with connectors/debuggers, flow analyzers, and configuration tools
13. Experience with Mule 4 and other integration platforms is a plus
14. Implement OAuth authentication and other security mechanisms is a plus
15. Experience with different integration platforms and API management tools is a plus
16. Interpret and communicate technical information into business language
17. Working knowledge of Agile Software Development techniques and methodologies
18. Evidence of designing, shaping, and implementing innovative solutions and driving changes
19. Experience with multiple types of software risks
Essential Skills/Experience
1. Experience in Java/J2EE is a plus
2. Experience of delivery within a matrix management structure
3. Experience in management of vendors and suppliers
4. Experience working in the Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry IT environment is a plus
5. Ability to interpret and communicate technical information into business language
Desirable Skills/Experience
1. B.E/B.Tech/MCA degree
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Well versed in English with excellent spoken and written skills
4. Proactive approach to problem-solving
5. Experience working in a globally distributed team
