Account Assistant/Bookkeeper
We are seeking a skilled Account Assistant/Bookkeeper to join our team at Delphi Resort. This role involves managing various accounting areas, including payroll and expense reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Fortnightly payroll and expense reporting
* Bimonthly vat return
* Reconciliation of Debtors, Creditors, Bank account, VAT Control account and PAYE Control Account on a monthly basis
* Cash reconciliation and control
* Sales reconciliation
* Preparing supplier payment runs
* Preparation of weekly internal reports
* Preparation of monthly accounts
Requirements:
* Experience using Cloud Accounting software such as Xero, Brightpay, Hubdoc, Dext
* Able to work well as part of a team and by themselves
* Able to work to tight deadlines
* Problem solving attitude
* Able to adapt various accounting software and technologies and be tech savvy
