What You'll Gain
The 3-year scheme consists of 3 one-year rotations across Manufacturing, Engineering, and/or Manufacturing Sciences and Technology and/or Quality.
You'll develop skills and gain experience working on challenging projects and developing technical and managerial leadership skills.
You'll also be provided with opportunities to develop communication skills and exposure to a regulated environment where high-quality and patient focus are paramount.
Requirements
We're looking for self-driven, ambitious individuals eager to develop their careers in the biopharmaceutical industry.
Key requirements include a high level of initiative, energy, and motivation, as well as organizational skills and proficiency with standard office software applications.
