The role will focus on the pharma/biopharma and Life Sciences sector.
With high levels of commitment, your responsibilities will include ownership of equipment modules and packages, and interfacing with clients, vendors, client project management and other disciplines ensuring the highest level of service is provided.

ResponsibilitiesOwnership of equipment modules and packages through design and procurement phasesGeneration of Data Sheets, Material Requisitions & Enquiry Packages for procurement of equipmentGeneration of Technical Bid Tab Evaluation of vendors in compliance with Client specificationsDeveloping Technical Specifications in compliance with Client requirementsDevelopment of each package through Kick-off meetings, Design Reviews, FAT's etc.Project manage Suppliers to ensure packages are designed, manufactured and tested as per project requirementsInterfacing with clients, vendors, client project management and other disciplines ensuring the highest level of service is providedInterfacing with client design team/end usersMechanical optimization/site supportDelivery of agreed design scope within budget hours and scheduleQualificationsTo be successful in this role you will have:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Engineers with a primary degree in Chemical/Process Engineering and relevant process experience may also be considered)10+ years design experience in the Pharmaceutical and Biopharmaceutical sectorsSelf-starter, experience in leading a design team and in coordinating the efforts of othersGood communication skills (ability to lead Technical and Safety reviews)Chartered status desirableWhy PM Group?As an employee-owned company, we are inclusive, committed and driven.
