Business Development Manager – Freight Forwarding
Location: Dublin (Hybrid)

Your Role:
* Identify and secure new business opportunities within the freight industry.
* Promote and sell air, ocean, and road freight services to clients.
* Prepare competitive quotations and successfully secure new contracts.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service.
* Work closely with Operations and Product teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Maintain accurate records in the CRM/Sales Management System.
What You’ll Need:
* Minimum 2 years’ experience with an Irish-based freight forwarder.
* Proven track record in selling air, road, and ocean freight services.
* Strong commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
